Our Services
Workshops
Pre-employment and
Mid-employment Workshops
Prosper provide students with the necessary skills to prepare them for the workplace.
Workshops will include; CV writing, personal statements, interview technique, time management, workplace etiquette and relationships.
We will work closely with our students to recognise and implement well-being workshops and stress management techniques.
Company Support
Working with you to meet the needs of the Business
Prosper work with the company to onboard students.
We continue to work with the company throughout the full term of the programme through regular check-ins to ensure the employee is successful.

We will actively encourage participation in the company's sports and social events and CSR involvement to promote wellbeing, relationships and the companies social values.
​
Prosper will promote engaged companies across our promotional platforms where mutually agreed.
Engagement
Business and Student Engagement
Prosper collaborate with the Company to understand the needs of the business and the minimum requirements that the candidate must meet. We will work with the Company and the students to find the best match for both parties.

Prosper will regularly attend local secondary schools and colleges to build strong relationships with students and careers teachers. We will host parent and student evenings to inform them of our mentorship services and promote placements within the businesses we work with.
Student Support
Mentorship throughout the entirety of your programme
Prosper will support the students through regular workshops, meetings and employer feedback. We are committed to safeguarding and wellbeing in the workplace and will arrange and attend quarterly socials for the whole cohort.

Prosper will engage with external support services to ensure each student has an understanding of mental heath awareness and provide them with the skillsets to support colleagues.
